Meridian challenged us to create a promotion for 2500 Wilson that offered a warm welcome to brokers returning to the office after work from home ended. They also wanted us to showcase the major renovations going on at the property. We decided to highlight Meridian's focus on safety on-site for those ready to tour while offering new
virtual alternatives to those who weren't.
We sent boxes to the top tenant rep shops in the region containing hand sanitizer and germ-free tools. These tools could be used to press elevator buttons and open doors. We included inserts with a URL to the property brochure and virtual tours to reduce contact with physical items. The inserts also contained a letter to brokers highlighting safety measures in the building such as one-way staircases, signage reminding people to wear masks, and increased cleaning.
All items in the box were sourced, printed, and assembled by a vendor to reduce the number of people touching the items. Safety was a priority every step of the way.
