Prime headquarters-worthy office space is coming available at Fairfax, Virginia's Mosaic District. Our client, EDENS, wanted to send a mailer to a wide audience highlighting this rare opportunity. Because we were sending hundreds out, this mailer needed to be attention-grabbing enough to stand on its own.
We focused on sending out something unique and colorful so it couldn't be ignored. Within, we teased all that Mosaic offers beyond office space. Great amenities, a convenient location, and beautiful green space are just a few highlights here. The tagline, “If you’re looking for more... We’ve got more” is revealed upon opening the mailer and is meant to pique the viewers' interest to see what “more” there is at Mosaic.
