Market-Wide Promotion

When one of the top Agency Leasing Teams in Washington, DC joined Avison Young, we knew it was time start developing the latest and greatest building footprint map for the District. Armed with the knowledge of our research staff and brokers, our in-house marketing team, took on the challenge.

We were able to purchase the base artwork from a D.C. tourism map published in 2004.  From there, the team started to update each building footprint, block-by-block, until all properties were labeled with the building number and color-coded by property type and status.

Once the map artwork was finally complete, Avison Young's in-house marketing team designed custom packaging for delivery of the final product to our clients and industry peers.
