The marketing center at Greensboro Park was one of the most exciting and fun projects we've recently done. Our team was tasked to showcase and engage a fully vacant floor without breaking a bank and creating the graphics that could be easily moved to another space when the floor is leased. We've displayed all building information on the large hanging and free-standing boards strategically positioned to highlight nearby retail amenities and building views. To connect all the pieces together, we've painted a race track on the floor and brought electric scooters to ride along. As you may imagine, the scooters were a huge hit during our next event, and many brokers stood up to a challenge!
