TF Cornerstone wanted to highlight the delivery of their brand new tenant lounge as well as the property's close proximity to Reston Station.The team decided to deliver lunch to 50 select brokers from one of Reston Station's favorite restaurants, Founding Farmers.
While working with the catering service, we found the provided packaging to be lackluster and decided we would create our own lunch box for this promotion. We customized the packaging to match the property's branding and focused on highlighting the nearby amenities at Reston Station.
Following the lunch delivery, we sent out an email announcing that the tenant lounge had also just delivered at Campus Commons featuring professional photographs of the new space. This promotion was well received and lead to additional touring activity at Campus Commons.
