The Mid-Atlantic marketing team partnered with the industrial brokers in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, to develop and launch a comprehensive marketing strategy for their 2.4 million SF new construction industrial park.
Our team put together a budget with multiple market deliverables with scheduled events calendar. We also formalized the branding, and, after extensive research, created new content, and designed a custom brochure, along with a series of eblasts to promote our offering.
Additionally, our team crafted a press release (read here) announcing the project’s groundbreaking and its developmental impact on the area, as well as a set of social media cards for brokers to share on their LinkedIn accounts, helping to spread the word to a broader audience.
