Highline at Greensboro is a 450,000 SF, two-building complex in Tysons, Virginia. Following the trend and matching market expectations, the new ownership decided to move forward with extensive upgrades and renovations, adding tenant lounge, fitness facility, conference center and outdoor amenity area to the park. To announce coming changes we organized broker happy hour with food, drinks and music.
Electronic invitation was send out to area's brokers to spread the news of new ownership and grand plans to elevate tenant experience. AY marketing team ordered branded shot glasses and paired it with a bottle of Makers Mark.
Our team worked closely with outside marketing agency to get new brochures ready and professionally printed right before the event.
