Cooler Spaces Promotion

When Presidential Tower was looking for a way to raise awareness for their new spec suites, they relied on Avison Young's creativity to engage the brokerage community. The marketing team devised a raffle where participants cast votes their favorite spec suite design in return for a chance to win a new Yeti cooler - with a winner in every regional office. 

The resulting exposure surpassed expectations, with more than 200 real estate professionals clicking Presidential Tower's marketing photos, leading to a surge in tour activity.
