Highline at Greensboro District is a two-building office complex located in Tysons, VA with 440,000 total sf.
American Real Estate Partners recently launched a spec suite program, SuiteX, and wanted a special promotion announcing their unique offerings at Highline. The program includes a full floor dedicated to 3,000 – 5,000 sf spec suites, plus a shared amenity lounge space.
So how do you create excitement in the local brokerage community? We decided to spice things up… literally. Inspired by the popularity of the Hot Ones, we implemented a direct mailer campaign gifting recipients with a TRUFF's Starter Kit.
To further elevate the packaging, we used gold ribbon and a custom, Highline branded gift tag. Inside, we placed a postcard detailing the new SuiteX program at Highline including build-out details and designated QR codes to VR experiences with the playful messaging, "Coming in Hot!".
